The piece consists of a 3D view master of staged photographs, which have been converted into stereoscopic slides. These images were created in using architectural models and house plants. The models and plants were taken apart, reconstructed and painted to create various naturalistic sexual scenarios.
During anexhibition Town Planning can only be viewed on request. After requesting a viewing the participant is handed the viewmaster and a torch. The torch light, amongst other things, provides the work a soft focus and low light in which to view the images in the darkened space.
